Our Justice Work
One of our most essential pieces of work to do in the world is to be part of creating justice. The Community Church of Boston has been very active in movements for justice since our beginnings in 1920. Today we provide support for justice in the form of sharing building space with progressive and peace focused organizations; marching in the streets to end war, to reform CORI, for immigrant rights, for labor rights; by education ourselves and others about the injustice in the world and the beautiful resistance movements that are ever growing; and acknowledging the need for loving community that cares for each other and nurtures the individual, collective, and spiritual growth of its members.
